The design process is under way as soon as plans for the interior are drawn. The signature style of the project can be created best when all areas of design and implementation are planned at an early stage.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
We start our project with providing a personalised quote to our client. This contains:
– ground plan and furniture layout
– furniture design plans
– wall and floor coverings
– suspended ceiling plans
– lighting plans
– 3D visualisation
After our client approves the quote, we produce the design plans by the deadline set out in the contract. We leave nothing to our client’s imagination – we visualise every plan and every interior with the help of photo-realistic 3D rendering. These plans also provide the opportunity for corrections and changes of colours, designs and layout.
CONSTRUCTION
Implementation of interior design plans
We undertake full or partial construction of our interior design plans based on a detailed quote. This includes:
– masonry
– building joinery, doors and windows
– window blinds, ventilation, air conditioning
– plumbing, gas and heating
– electrical work
– alarm systems and house automation
– metalwork
– flooring and carpeting
– painting and decorating
– furniture construction
– glasswork (Tiffany, stained glass)
– garden design and landscaping
– swimming pools and garden lakes
We offer full construction management services for all our work, with either permanent or periodical supervision.
